We provide professional ADHD and wellbeing coaching designed to help individuals develop practical strategies, improve performance and work towards their personal and professional goals.
Coaching is a collaborative process. While we aim to provide the highest standard of support, coaching outcomes vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Our coaching services are intended to support personal and professional development. They are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychological therapy, counselling or psychiatric care.
Before coaching begins, new clients are invited to book a free 30-minute Discovery Call.

We work with clients throughout the UK and internationally, provided suitable appointment times are available.
Calendar invitations for the following month are normally issued at the beginning of the previous month (for example, September appointments are usually sent during the first few days of August).
Coaching fees are discussed during the Strategy Call and further information is available on our websites.
Payment must be received before coaching takes place.
Payments can be made by:
Where coaching is funded by an employer or the Access to Work scheme, we may request additional employer or funding information to enable us to issue invoices correctly.
Clients funded through the Access to Work scheme should first arrange a free Strategy Call.
Following the call we will provide a quotation that can be submitted as part of an Access to Work application or claim.
In most cases:
In some circumstances, we may agree to invoice Access to Work directly. Clients should be aware that this may result in significantly longer payment times.
When your monthly coaching dates are issued, you should check them carefully.
If you need to rearrange a session, please let us know as soon as possible.
Where possible, changes should be requested when the monthly calendar invitations are first received, before appointment times are committed.
We operate a use it or lose it approach to coaching sessions.
We will always try to accommodate reasonable requests to rearrange sessions where availability allows. This may be within the same week or elsewhere within the same month.
However, rearranged appointments cannot be guaranteed.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are normally considered to have been used and are not eligible for rearrangement or refund.
