Services provided include this website, an occasional newsletter, and adult ADHD Coaching. Coaching is provided on a monthly basis and is by telephone. Andrew Lewis operates as a VAT registered Sole Trader.
Coaching is paid for on a monthly basis and comprises three, fifty-minute phone sessions for £300+VAT (£360) per month for private coaching and £330+VAT(£396) for business coaching. Payments are by recurring subscription with Stripe in advance each month or with a single advance bank transfer.
Coaching services are paid for in advance monthly by credit or debit card with a recurring Stripe subscription payment. Clients are sent the next months dates in advance and have the opportunity to rearrange sessions at this point due to other commitments. At that point the coaching time slots are committed and sessions within the month cannot be rearranged or refunded. Andrew may be able to find a slot so do ask but this is not guaranteed.
You may stop coaching by email or in discussion with Andrew before the next month begins. Coaching sessions will continue to the end of the pre-paid month and monthly coaching payments will be cancelled. Please ensure you give at least a week’s notice so we can arrange for another client to take your time slot. Please contact us by email if you have any questions regarding this or any other policy.
SimplyWellbeing provides online education and coaching services. These services are paid for in advance and delivered by web or phone at the agreed date, time and location.
We will usually request contact information, email address and phone number if you are interested in receiving further information on workshops, newsletters or coaching services. Payment is set up by a recurring payment credit or debit card with PayPal, a highly secure payment system, please check their site for details. Because of the way that World Wide Web communication standards work, when you arrive at or leave the SimplyWellbeing website, we automatically receive the web address of the site that you came from or are going to. We also collect information on which pages of our website you visit while you are on the SimplyWellbeing site, IP addresses, the type of browser you use and the times you access our website. We use this information to try to understand our customers’ preferences better to improve our service and your experience with SimplyWellbeing. “Cookies” are small files of data that reside on your computer and allow companies to recognise you as a customer if you return to the same computer and browser. We have a opt-in consent policy for cookies on our site.
If you send us correspondence, including emails and faxes, we retain such information in the records of your account. We will also retain customer service correspondence and other correspondence from SimplyWellbeing to you. We retain these records in order to keep records of our relationship, to measure and improve our customer service, and to investigate potential fraud and violations of our User Agreement. We may, over time, delete these records if permitted by law. From time to time, we offer optional questionnaires and surveys to our users for such purposes as collecting demographic information or assessing users; interests and needs. The use of the information collected will be explained in detail in the survey itself. If we collect personally identifiable information from our users in these questionnaires and surveys, the users will be given notice of how the information will be used prior to their participation in the survey or questionnaire.

Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customised experience. Coaching clients are asked for fill out a Client Profile form which requests full contact details, brief work and medical information. This data is to ensure we can contact you and for guidance for the coach, it will NOT be shared with any other organisations and is confidential between the client and SimplyWellbeing. We will add you to the Newsletter distribution list if you provide your email address. You can UNSUBSCRIBE from this newsletter at any time either on this website or by clicking on the links given in the Newsletter email. If you have attended or expressed an interest in the support group or workshops we may mail you with information of forthcoming events. If you do not wish to receive this information, simply reply to the email with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line. Your confidential information is secured and encrypted, protected by firewall, antivirus and anti-malware software. You may ask to see the data we hold on you at any time and we are always happy to correct any inaccuracies in the information held. We do not store any of your financial details.

You can also close your account by emailing us. If you close your SimplyWellbeing account, we will mark your account in our database as “Closed,” we will keep your account information in our database. but your personally identifiable information will not be used by us for any further purposes, nor sold or shared with third parties, except as necessary to prevent fraud and assist law enforcement, or as required by law.
