SimplyWellbeing History

SimplyWellbeing was created eighteen years ago in 2007, initially purely focused on helping adults improve their overall Wellbeing.

Andrew was diagnosed ADHD shortly after and refocused SimplyWellbeing on becoming a one-stop ADHD organisation for adults with ADHD, coaching, support group, and a ADHD diagnostic clinic to offer comprehensive adult ADHD support by  connecting independent ADHD professionals: psychiatrists, researchers, charities, support groups and therapists together.

The name SimplyWellbeing is intended to imply a holistic approach to help, to understand, accept and embrace out ADHD, to be successful in work in balance with fun, family and wellbeing. SimplyWellbeing has helped hundreds of adults from from initial self discovery of ADHD, to diagnosis, medications and ongoing ADHD coaching support. The DNA flower logo symbolises growing from our genetic roots.

ADHD Clinic and ADHD Support Groups

For a year Andrew ran the Adult ADHD Diagnosis Centre in central London and for six years Andrew hosted the Tear & Share, ADHD Adult Support Group, that grew from 6 to 60 monthly attendees, and upgraded from Chiswick, to Hammersmith, to University College London and finally to Andrew's clinic near Waterloo. SimplyWellbeing then ran “ADHD Expert Talks” at UCL with a range of expert guests from ADHD psychiatrists, to organisers, nutritionists and authors like Melissa Orlov, The “ADHD Effect on Marriage”. Andrew is a lively and entertaining presenter and has given many presentations at support groups, conferences and workshops for ADHD adults, professionals and teachers.

Today SiimplyWellbeing and Andrew's focus is on ADHD Business Coaching (and shortly education courses), the aim as ever is to simply help ADHD adults achieve wellbeing in their lives.

This website

I design, create and write everything on this website and it has often taken me far too long!  The current version of the site is based on WordPress and Oxygen and was completed in January 2025. I love the growing DNA flower design from hugrafik, symbolising developing from who you are, from your genetic roots, to grow into a better you.

I use “ADHD” to stand for: ADD, AD/HD, Attention deficit disorder, minimal brain dysfunction(!), etc. Personally I am ADHD, I don't have ADHD. I do not see ADHD as an illness, it so affects my entire personality and outlook on life.
