This site, writing and posting take time. Insights will continue to exist thanks to reader support. I could use adverts, but I don’t like them. They are distracting, often annoying. I think pay-walls and subscription systems exclude people from helpful information too.

I’d like to share what I have learnt in helping my clients change their lives for the better, and look at the world of ADHD – what’s it like to think and feel ADHD, on happily being ADHD in business, in study and in life. If you like what I’m doing and would like to help me a little, there are four great ways you can help:


Subscribe. The best way for a blog to grow a long-lasting readership is with email subscription. Plus, it’s easier than having to remember to come back to the site to check if I’ve posted a new article. I will only send an email when there’s a new post and hardly ever else! I will not share your (securely held) email with anyone.


Tell other people about SimplyWellbeing Insights. It’s fantastically helpful for me if you simply tell your friends about this site and share my articles.
