One day practical workshops designed to help make lasting changes in attendees lives. You will join other ADHD Adults in understanding how your unique ADD brain works, accepting how it impacts you, discovering ADHD-friendly strategies to handle challenges and reviewing how to embrace your unique talents. We will be asking each other to make commitments to change and then provide ongoing support to each other. The day consists of presentations, discussions, group exercises and Action Coaching with a free ADHD Action Workbook included. A valuable alternative or complement to coaching, the events are to be held at pleasant locations around the UK, and include refreshments and lunch, at:

Learn, share and connect
Join other ADD /ADHD Adults in understanding how your unique ADD brain works, and how to embrace your unique talents at work and at home. Through exercises, group activity, discussion, and lectures, you'll enjoy discovering insights about yourself and Adult ADD, as well as finding your own best strategies for work, tasks and projects. The latest science and understanding of ADD will be covered, how ADD traits affect all areas of our lives, and how medications, supplements, health, sleep and exercise can profoundly affect our wellbeing.

Understanding, Accepting and Embracing your ADD
In the workshop we will
- Look at the latest understandings on ADD/ADHD and explore how it impacts you
- Consider how to accept the challenges that ADHD presents
- Review and devise strategies and approaches to overcome ADD issues
- Focus on the positive skills and talents that ADD brings and how to embace them more
Wellbeing
Many Adults with ADD find life to be a challenge - anxiety, depression and low self-esteem usually follow along, particularly when ADD is undiagnosed for years. We'll discuss simple techniques and approaches that can help improve your wellbeing, improve your health and happiness, including
- An introduction to meditation
- Proven Positive Psychology techniques to boost happiness
- Discuss how diet, sleep, exercise, supplements and medications effect your brain
- Review some short term goals to boost wellbeing

This is a great opportunity to meet other adults with ADD, to understand, discuss and share your ADD traits and to make some positive plans for the future. Workshops are casual and as interactive as possible, and questions and insights are welcomed. Come prepared to learn, share your experiences and to meet some ADD friends.
