About Us

SimplyWellbeing is a business devoted to helping those living with ADD or ADHD to improve their Wellbeing and to enjoy happier and healthier lives.

Services provided include this website, a monthly newsletter, a monthly support group in Hammersmith, workshops and adult ADHD Coaching. ADHD Coaching is provided on a monthly basis and can be face to face or by telephone.

Simplywellbeing currently operates as a Sole Trader, Andrew Lewis and will shortly operate as Simplywellbeing ADD Ltd.

Monthly Coaching Pricing

Coaching is paid for on a monthly basis.  Monthly coaching usually includes three one-hour sessions, with adhoc phone and email support. Monthly coaching costs are typically in the range from £200-£300, based on duration, number of face to face meetings and may, on occasion, reflect the client's financial circumstances. Specific pricing is agreed individually with each client.

Refund / Cancellation policy

Coaching services are paid for in advance by credit or debit card. If you are unable to attend a specific coaching session at the agreed time and date, providing you give a weeks notice, we will make every endeavour to re-arrange and find a mutually agreeable new appointment within the month.

Monthly Coaching Payments may be cancelled and refunded providing notice is given more than one week in advance of the first coaching appointment in the month. Cancellations are not accepted once this date has passed or after the first coaching session in the month has been taken.

Workshop Pricing

The cost for the Understanding, Accepting and Embracing your ADD workshop is £90.00 payable in advance by credit card, discounted rates may be offered on occasion.

Refund / Cancellation policy

Refunds will be issued if tickets are cancelled more than one full working week prior to the workshop date. Please contact us on 020 8099 7671 or by email if you have any questions regarding this or any other policy

 

Delivery policy

SimplyWellbeing provide education and coaching services. These services are paid for in advance and delivered by phone or in person at the agreed date, time and location.

 

Privacy policy

Overview

In order to provide educational and coaching services SimplyWellbeing may request certain information from our customers. This can include contact, payment and selected personal information to assist us in providing coaching support. We will treat you and any information we hold on you with respect and confidentiality.  We will not share you information with others unless we request and you agree to our doing so. By consenting to, and agreeing the terms of, the Privacy Policy, you also expressly consent and agree to us processing your data in the manner set out in the Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect and how we use that information.

SimplyWellbeing takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will use your information only in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information or a list of our customers to third parties. However, in order to help our coaching clients we will with permission share  some of your information with other support professionals, GPs and Psychiatrists under strict restrictions. It is important for you to review this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to all services that are hosted on the SimplyWellbeing website.

By accepting the Privacy Policy and User Agreement in registration, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information and direct us to do so in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

If you disagree with the terms of Privacy Policy, please do not register for nor use the SimplyWellbeing services. Please contact us on 020 8099 7671 or by email if you have any questions regarding this or any other policy

Notification of Changes

This policy may be revised over time as new services are added by SimplyWellbeing or as we incorporate suggestions from our customers. We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised version on our web site. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it. In addition, if we propose to change this Privacy Policy in a substantial manner, we will provide you with at least 30 days' prior notice of such a change by posting notice on the "Home" page of our website. After this 30 days notice, you will be considered as having expressly consented to all amendments to the Privacy Policy.

Please check the SimplyWellbeing website at http://www.simplywellbeing.com at any time for the most current version of our Privacy Policy.

Some pages on the SimplyWellbeing website include links to third party websites. These sites are governed by their own privacy statements, and SimplyWellbeing is not responsible for their operations, including but not limited to their information practices. Users submitting information to or through these third party websites should review the privacy statement of these sites before providing them with personally identifiable information.

Information We Collect

We will usually request contact information, email address and phone number if you are interested in receiving further information on workshops, support groups, newsletters or coaching services.

When you pay for your monthly coaching we will take payment for the month in advance by credit or debit card. We use PayPal's Secure Virtual Terminal services to place this transaction and do not retain any card information once the transaction is completed. 

Because of the way that World Wide Web communication standards work, when you arrive at or leave the SimplyWellbeing website, we automatically receive the web address of the site that you came from or are going to. We also collect information on which pages of our website you visit while you are on the SimplyWellbeing site, IP addresses, the type of browser you use and the times you access our website. We use this information to try to understand our customers' preferences better to improve our service and your experience with SimplyWellbeing.

"Cookies" are small files of data that reside on your computer and allow us to recognise you as a SimplyWellbeing customer if you return to the SimplyWellbeing site using the same computer and browser. We send a "session cookie" to your computer if and when you log in to your SimplyWellbeing account by entering your email address and password. These cookies allow us to recognise you if you visit multiple pages in our site during the same session, so that you don't need to re-enter your password multiple times. Once you log out or close your browser, these session cookies expire and no longer have any effect. You are free to decline our cookies if your browser permits, but doing so may interfere with your use of our website.

If you send us correspondence, including emails and faxes, we retain such information in the records of your account. We will also retain customer service correspondence and other correspondence from SimplyWellbeing to you. We retain these records in order to keep records of our relationship, to measure and improve our customer service, and to investigate potential fraud and violations of our User Agreement. We may, over time, delete these records if permitted by law.

From time to time, we offer optional questionnaires and surveys to our users for such purposes as collecting demographic information or assessing users; interests and needs. The use of the information collected will be explained in detail in the survey itself. If we collect personally identifiable information from our users in these questionnaires and surveys, the users will be given notice of how the information will be used prior to their participation in the survey or questionnaire.

Our Use and Disclosure of Information

We collect, store and process your personal information on servers located in the UK. Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customised experience.

Coaching clients are asked for fill out a Client Profile form which requests full contact details, brief work and medical information. This data is to ensure we can contact you and for guidance for the coach, it will NOT be shared with any other organisations and is confidential between the client and SimplyWellbeing.  If you are not comfortable providing this information then you need not provide it. You agree that we may use your personal information to:

  • provide the services and customer support you request;
  • resolve disputes, collect fees, and troubleshoot problems;
  • customise, measure, and improve our services and the content and layout of our website;
  • tell you about workshops, support groups, special events and offers based on the communication preferences you have defined

We will add you to the monthly Newsletter distribution list if you provide your email address. You can UNSUBSCRIBE from this newsletter at any time either on this website or by clicking on the links given in the Newsletter email.

If you have attended or expressed an interest in the support group or workshops we may mail you with information of forthcoming events. If you do not wish to receive this information, simply reply to the email with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line.

Your confidential information is secured in a 128-bit encrypted database, protected by firewall, antivirus and anti-malware software.

You may ask to see the data we hold on you at any time and we are always happy to correct any inaccuracies in the information held. We do not store any of your financial details.

Accessing and Changing Your Information

You can review the personal information you provided us and make any desired changes to such information, or to the settings for your SimplyWellbeing account, at any time by requesting it via email from the SimplyWellbeing website and then requesting any changes by reply. You can also close your account by emailing us. If you close your SimplyWellbeing account, we will mark your account in our database as "Closed," we will keep your account information in our database. but your personally identifiable information will not be used by us for any further purposes, nor sold or shared with third parties, except as necessary to prevent fraud and assist law enforcement, or as required by law.

Information Security

SimplyWellbeing is committed to handling your customer information with high standards of information security. We use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption and we authorise access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfil their job responsibilities.
