How can we help?
At SimplyWellbeing we focus on helping adults with ADHD better Understand, Accept and Embrace their ADD. We consider it essential that all our staff have extensive personal experience of ADHD, in fact most are ADHD themselves, and are committed to help improve the wellbeing of those living with ADD or ADHD.
Andrew Lewis - Director / ADHD Coach
Andrew is SimplyWellbeing's founder and offers experienced ADHD Coaching for Adults on the phone and in person in West London. Andrew trained at the World leading ADD Coaching Academy in New York, USA. He is also a certified NLP and Hypnotherapy Practitioner with undergraduate and lay training in Psychology, in particular Positive Psychology, the study of happiness. Andrew has a lifetime experience of his own ADD (diagnosed ADD in his early 40s).
Andrew frequently presents at the Tear & Share Support Group and at public events on ADHD and is an outspoken advocate of gaining better understanding and acceptance of ADHD. He is the author of the SimplyWellbeing Website and writes a popular newsletter on ADHD. He is Head of the Churchill Adult ADHD Centre in Central London that offers diagnosis, medication and coaching.

Maria Fearon - Group/Course Facilitator & Trainer
Maria is a Simplywellbeing ADD trainer and facilitator. Blessed with ADHD and the energy and enthusiasm it brings, she specialises in the health, nutritional and exercise aspects of ADHD. Maria co-hosts the "Tear & Share" Adult ADHD Support Group in London with Andrew.
Maria runs Simply Womens Health, as a highly qualified Chartered Physiotherapist with 20 years of experience working in Chicago, France and now in the UK. She is a Women's Helath Coach and specilaises in helping women overcome the pain and suffering associated with Chronic Pelvic Pain. She takes a holistic approach and addresses lifestyle challenges in areas such as stress, diet and sleep.

Diane O’Reilly - ADHD Coach
Diane is an experienced ADHD coach graduate (ACG) from the ADDCA ADHD coaching school out of New York.
Diane became an ADHD coach after discovering her own undiagnosed ADHD when her middle son was diagnosed with Inattentive ADHD. As such she is passionate about providing support, understanding and practical help to people who are struggling with the same issues.
She knows her clients issues from the inside out. As an adult with ADHD, married to a spouse with ADHD and a mother to 4 boys, 3 of whom are diagnosed ADHD, she brings her wealth of experience as a parent, partner, and business owner. Diane believes in tailoring her coaching to fit with her client’s needs. Some ADHD people need more support in-between sessions to keep on track for their goals and Diane is happy to provide this with email, text, Skype and even IM.

Richard Mark - Psychotherapist and Counsellor
Richard is a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor, hypnotherapist and advanced practitioner of Emotional Freedom Techniques with over twelve years experience.He has worked as a counsellor for the UK’s largest addictions charity and a leading mental health charity. He is Director of the Psychotherapy & Hypnosis Training Academy and the Emotional Freedom Techniques Training Academy, and a certified AAMET approved EFT trainer.
Richard used a range of therapy skills and approaches tailored to the individual needs of each client, and works with mind and body as one system. He helps with a wide range of emotional concerns and habitual behaviours as well as the emotional consequences of physical conditions and illness. Richard helps his clients learn skills that empower them and help them feel more calm and in control. These skills might include self hypnosis, EFT, mindfulness practice or cognitive and behavioural techniques (CBT). He has particular interests in trauma, PTSD and ADHD.
Richard consults in person in North West (and West) London in a safe and relaxed environment in which clients can explore the areas of their life that may be causing them distress or concern.
