If we are ADHD, we are we may have problems getting to sleep or to bed, our in-a-hurry diet make not be the best nutritionally and we may start exercise regimes but they seem to just stop. The reality is that we are more affected by our health than others. Our body and hence our brains seem to lack more for Omega Oil and Zinc than normal. Health profoundly affects our brains and paying attention to your health can profoundly affect your ADHD.
