Personal life and Group Coaching

ADHD Coaching for Adults with ADHD helps you better manage your life, make decisions and achieve your goals. Your ADHD Coach recognises that ADD traits bring unique challenges as well as unique talents. Traditional approaches, such as talk-therapy and life coaching, lack understanding of the different brain-wiring/neurology in ADD and often fail to offer effective support to address ADD challenges and develop your special traits.

  • In Personal Life ADHD Coaching, you spend time one on one with a coach, typically in 3 45-minute phone sessions per month. You have time to consider your specific needs and goals in private and in detail. Click here to make an introductory coaching call appointment to discuss further.
  • In Group ADHD Coaching you can explore challenges and issues with other ADHD adults, hear their stories and approaches and to build a team of like minded peers or "buddies" to help you. We are currently defining some new groups and will publish details soon.

Coaching from an Insider's Perspective

As ndividuals with ADD, we understand what people with ADD have gone through - from the discovery of their own ADHD, through grieving, to education, to change, to lives so much happier than before. Coaching adults with Attention Deficit Disorder helps enhance their ability to manage their life, make decisions and achieve their goals. As your adult ADHD coach, I will help you to create strategies that allow you to reach your full potential in all aspects of life: work, relationships, and everyday tasks - and to achieve greater health, happiness and wellbeing.

 

Coaching Sessions

ADD/ADHD Coaching involves a series of sessions that will combine learning about your own ADD traits, developing the ability to create ADD strategies that work, and taking action towards reaching your desired goals. Coaching that explores specific ADD approaches and techniques that work for those who procrastinate, forget, easily distract and struggle with planning. ADHD Coaching is either face to face or on the phone, with ADHD clients across the UK, Europe and the USA.

ADD adults are Articulate, Bold, Creative, Dynamic, Enthusiastic, Friendly, Giving, Helpful and Intuitive. Unfortunately many individuals with ADD tend to focus on their challenges without realizing their unique gifts. In our coaching sessions we will explore and focus on your strengths, and develop systems to make better use of your positive ADHD traits. You will learn to develop strategies that work for you and to take actions towards reaching your desired goals.
